Before processing any withdrawal request, TotoKing4D requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport, together with a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) and a live selfie holding the identification document. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is confirmed.

A minimum deposit of RM30 applies. All deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. TotoKing4D does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Funds deposited into your TotoKing4D account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. TotoKing4D reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for deposit where reasonably possible. A minimum withdrawal of RM30 applies. All bets are accepted at TotoKing4D's absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance notification within the Platform. TotoKing4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
